Danny McDonald joined CalTex in 2017 is responsible for all Legal, Compliance, and Ethics-related matters.  Prior to serving the company in his current role of General Counsel, Danny served as the company’s Director of Legal Affairs.  Danny brings over 18 years of in-house legal, compliance, and ethics experience to CalTex, including previously serving as the General Counsel of Scantron Corporation.

Danny holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree from Harding University, as well as Masters in Professional Accounting and Juris Doctorate degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.  In addition to being a licensed attorney, Danny is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Danny and his wife Christy reside in the San Antonio area and have 3 children.
