Julio Garcia is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Human Resources, Culture & Communications, and Facilities Management departments.  Julio joined CalTex in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing CalTex’s overall human resources strategy. 
Julio brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience to CalTex.  He has worked for H-E-B Grocers - one of the top ten largest private companies in the US; as well as Petco Animal Supply – the second-largest pet supply company in the country. 
 
Mr. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Mary’s University and a Master of Administration & Adult Education degree from The University of Incarnate Word. He and his wife reside in San Antonio and have two children.
